Kindly Note : All Rates are Single Occupancy Basis

Pvt Rooms are (24 hours Basis) : it means if a Guest Books  for more than 1 day stay the guest can continously occupy the room until checkout.

For Dormitory (Shared Rooms) (24 Hours Basis):it means if a Guest Books  for more than 1 day stay the guest can continously occupy the room until checkout. The Dorms. are under CCTV Survelliance 24X7 for Guest's Safety.

P.s Dormitory has Free LockingSpace, The guest can lock the luggage and  leave the luggage behind .It is always under CCTV Survelliance.

 

Security Deposit admissible is For:

Pvt. Rooms -Rs.600/- irrespective of No. of  Guests for ( It is Refundable at Checkout) 

Single Bed in Dormitory( Shared Room) -Rs 299/-Per Guest/Per Booking ( It is Refundable at Checkout) 

However,

Security Deposit can be Charged against :

1)Over Dues, ( as per Actual )
2)Property Damage, (As per Retail Price of property damaged or Repair cost as per Host's Opinion)
3)Rule violations -Rs 100/ Instance
4)Misconduct or Bad Behaviour. - Full amount of Security Deposit

  15. Kindly Note:  Full Vacination Certificate is  Mandatory for stay in Hotels in Chandigarh. Vaccination Certificate / RTPCR Report (of last 72 Hours) in Mobile phone / Arogya Setu App will be sufficient and need not to insist for its hard copy.

  16. Before Check-in make sure u've Arogya Setu App,Govt.issued id,S.Dep.299/guest(UPI Apps.),Body temp.<99.1 F,. ( See Security deposit Related Guidelines Above.)

  18. Before you book kindly confirm: At Host descretion a Rapid Antigen Test at your cost. Will be done before checkin at the front desk of homestay under cctv surveillance.all communication on cell phone before that time( To maintain social distancing).
